Game crashes in My Team career after fp3

Hi folks,

it's a pretty complicated issue under the hood, and the developers continue working on a fix.

I understand your frustration and wish I would have better news to share. You can be sure I've let the team know that this should be a top priority.

@dogecoldx  just seen it. Thanks hopefully it lets us continue our saves and not force us to delete and start new ones.

I’m having a similar issue however it’s not in my team but normal career mode. I played P2 last night and then closed the game off as soon as i was back on the computer menu screen (where you select p3,qualifying etc). Then this morning I tried to go onto the game but it keeps crashing everytime before it gets to the menu to select practice 3. Im in my Williams career, and driving in Vegas but I cannot play it anymore because the game is crashing everytime please help. I spent £70 on this games and it’s been an absolute joke.

It will be fixed in 1.6  chill kiddo

So it looks like al of our save files are deffo ruined, still stuck in the loading screen after the 1.6 patch..

ruined the game for me. Dont feel like starting all over again

Man these developers suck, i had my hopes up for this monday, but it seems, the game breaking bug STILL. has not been fixed, and may be fixed in a future patch

Yep, my 2 old saves still don't work. Stuck at Please wait...

I'm concerned that starting a fresh one won't fix this and I'll waste even more time than I already have.

@ad1tya hopefully it’s fixed now although it sucks that our saves won’t work. An easy way to test it is to create a new save and just simulate all the practices and see if you get stuck again. I’ll be trying it myself later today.

I also confirm I'm still stuck on the loading screen after the FP3 :/

it would be nice if EA would at least give us an update about the bug.. Looks like they dont even care at all. People are waiting for over a month to play a game they paid almost €100 for. 

Also the my team bug with the teammate contract isnt fixed yet. Its a shame they take so long to fix such big bugs

We know the team is investigating it and it is a more complicated issue than it looked at first sight. We'll update you as soon as we have more information.

Correct me if im wrong but like two years ago in f1 22 or 23, im remembering a bug like that, that gladly i didnt had back then, but you just made a rollback of the server and it was all good, like now its been month so obvioisly you cant rollback the server with new player etc... but serioulsy if our data is stocked online cant we just had a rollback of the server back then and wow our save were good as new
