Game crashes since the latest update 1.16 (PC)

Hi,

 Same issue with my friends F124 Game on Steam PC we have done all the troubleshooting (i.e reinstall, verify game files etc) nothing works we even deleted EA friends on the list as this was a known issue on F123 and still nothing works. Our last solution was to isolate account merging issues with EA and i have had him login on my account on his PC and he did not have any crashing issues/stuck in communicating to online services, the game worked fine then i tried to launch the game on my PC using his account then the errors have resumed for his account only and not mine. So was this a data merge corruption that may have happened? or Authentication error flaw on server end ? please help.

Note: My account when logged in either my pc or his works fine. My friends account when logged in on my pc or his ( stuck on communication to online services then crashes)
