Game crashes when going into Fanzone and going into my friends list!

Hello there hope i can get a bit of help from Answer's HQ because like hell i can get any answers from their chat, The problem I've got is when entering the FanZone either after choosing  the racer or the team (to check on thing's) my game crashes and my game crashes just trying to goto my friends list any help would be much appreciated
