Game freezing on loading screen

Summarize your bug After completing the Suzuka FP2 session im my career mode save, when loading to FP3, qualifying or the race, my game is stuck on the loading screen. There is no report code as it just says "please wait" while the f1 theme is playing in the background.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I did fp1 then i did a quick fp2 but i exited to menu because I had to do something. (once i had loaded in to quick fp2) I loaded back into career mode, it put me in the race format of fp2 for some reason, completed that, accidently exited because my controller is buggy and it connected to my keyboard and I couldn't connect back got back into fp2, just skipped to fp3 as i didnt want to do it again, got stuck on loading. I couldn't alt f4 so i closed it on steam After another relaunch, I tried mutliple methods. I accelerated time, DNFed, and skipped to the race, but nothing worked. It all got stuck on loading
What happens when the bug occurs? Please wait appears in the top left, 3 loading bars, and the f1 theme music in the background
What do you expect to see? The next session (fp3, qualifying or the race)
No video, Just the f1 theme and loading screen.
