Hey everyone,
For all of you that are having this issue. It seems that the game was installed on Chinese as that was the Default language. To fix this situation, please follow the next steps:

It seems that the game could have been installed in the wrong language. Could you uninstall it, check the language when downloading, and ensure it is English, please?

Once you uninstall it and press to download again, there should be an option that says "LANGUAGE PREFERENCES" you can change it there. It seems that simplified Chinese is the option marked as default and that's why everyone is getting the game in Chinese.

Uninstall F1 2024 from Origin, press Download and you will have option to choose languages

There's a "change" button under Language Settings. I went too quick the first time, too.
Even after uninstalling and reinstalling in the correct language the commentary is Chinese, however, go to Audio Settings and select F1 to reset to defaults and voila its fixed 😎
