Game micro lag - leading to crashing into barriers

Hey guys, 

Recently started experiencing lag spikes during the game. Its running normally without any issues, but all the sudden small lag for about 1 sec and im in barriers, because seems like game is running still even though i see it lagged. Its happening few times during each lap and driving me crazy at this point. Had same issue in 23 and now post patch started happening in 24 as well. Tried to play with Nvidia control panel, limited FPS and also Performance mode along with lowering graphics. Nothing really helped.
