Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted

Im having the same issues with get to work with the sims. it is free with xbox gamepass ultimate and it says my gamepass subscription ended but it didnt. it auto renews one the 24th of march. ive tried restarting my computer, making sure ea is connected to xbox. ive tried opening the game through the xbox app. it opens but still says i dont have get to work.
