Game won't launch (Steam)

icecream4brandonWhen you say it won't launch do you mean that it starts to open up and then crashes or that it won't even open at all?
Theres been some issues with the anti-cheat recently where the game launches and then crashes when it reaches the "splash" screen. Usually uninstalling and reinstalling the AC (instructions in link below) does the trick.
I've tried this and the issue persists, closes at the end of the loading bar on the small splash.
