HDR Will Not Stay On

Platform:Steam-PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
Summarize your bug HDR won't stay on, basically every time the game re-renders it seems to turn off HDR.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? PGRE-GAHG-BBAB-MSDD
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Single monitor plugged in that is a Odyssey Neo G8 LS32BG852NNXGO
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The game will not let HDR stay on if I alt-tab, go to other menu screens, finish a session. Basically every time the game re-renders it seems to turn off HDR.
What happens when the bug occurs? HDR will go from "on" to "off" after re-render or menus change
What do you expect to see? HDR to stay on.

Attached is my DxDiag, if you need any other information please ask, this bug is driving me crazy. I want to use HDR!

    Hey everyone,

    apologies, it took a bit longer than expected to fix but the HDR settings will now remain the same after the game has been rebooted once patch 1.8 goes live on Monday.

    Second post from Lunch about HDR don't stay on and crashed game at lunch and they still don't add to investigation.

    Yeah, it's the same as me. HDR stabilizes the PC game graphics to run smooth framerate

    Is this limited to PC's with NVidia graphics cards?

    I have a Acer Nitro 515-17 gaming laptop with NVidia RTX 3050 Ti graphics, running Windows 11 64bit Home Edition. Windows Graphics and NVidia settings are same as for F1 23.

    No idea, I’ve got a 3080 and it’s very consistent. I’ve tried changing all sorts of things, as well as reinstalling drivers. I believe it’s a bug with the game considering I have a few friends who have the same problem and we all have different specs.

    Nope, i have the same issue since launch and im using an rx 7900 xtx.

    Hey everyone,

    thanks for reporting! The team is already looking into it and working on a fix.

    We believe it's an issue when using full screen, so a potential workaround in the meanwhile could be trying to use windowed mode instead.
