Please helo, I have been trying yo resolve this for 24 hours. I have tried everything and nothing works.?I payed alot of money for this and noone is doing anything to support us. These files are in the f124 folder.Thanks

@simon6685look for the file "BINKw64.dll" in the following two locations:c:\windows\c:\windows\systemc:\windows\system32if you do find exactly that file in any of those locations then rename it to "Binkw64.dll.old" or something else.then try to launch the game

Nope, it didnt work. I've tried everything and that includes the basics EA just gave me a list to do after a chat with them, like reinstall app. I think this is deeper than restarting an app.

I have done this 4 times now and reinstalled 5 times. It does absolutely nothing. Does it matter what drive I install on.

Hi,
I have tried everything and moved files, uninstall Ed and re-installed, system checks and it's still not working.
I spent a lot of money on early access and not played a second of it yet it says I have played 24 minutes so it's registering something and thinks I'm in the game.
I need help really badly. Please can some help me with the issue I'm having. I have included the image I the link bellow.
Please, someone help. I'm fuming right now and bitterly disappointed, I've been trying since Tuesday 4pm

Nope, it didnt work. I am absolutely fuming to be honest. I just spoke with someone from EA on live chat and got give the normal go around like re-install the app.
I think it's clear my issue is deeper than that.
I've tried all suggestions in here too.
