Please refer here: Rainbow Six Siege BinkW64.dll error : r/pcgamingtechsupport (reddit.com), and follow the steps mentioned by user Shadow-manus.
Before you perform any deletion, please do backup those DLL files in some other location rather than C Drive.
Do give it a shot.
