how to fix f1 24 race not saving after completing it?

Summarize your bug When i finish a F1 24 career mode race it doesn't save. My screen either goes black or stuck on saving game or please wait and if I restart the game I have to redo it.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? Dont have one
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. I use the Thrustmaster T248 Steering wheel
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? BT Openreach
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By doing a race or two and maybe it will occur.
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen gets stuck on a black screen but on the top left it says either please wait or saving game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this fixed as soon as possible so i can play career mode without any issues.
Everything i have mention is the information and i hope that this gets fixed as soon as possible please.
