how to fix

how to fix software cannot be run at the same time as the game
if you know it pls help me

    Same problem here on Steam! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it will allow me to play 1 time. I go trough the task manager and close all EA apps etc. Verifying game files doesn't work either. Help please!
