HUD elements not being hidden

Product: F1 24
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
Summarize your bug Changing the HUD elements to hidden does not remove them from the on screen HUD. This is frustrating when you are using your own HUD elements from telemetry apps.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? TGPR-BVHT-PVKJ-DDRD
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Fanatec CSL Elite - Clubsport Formula V2
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Vodafone
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try hiding HUD elements. I have noticed that it disappeared for Grand Prix mode, but in time trial / Career the HUD elements return.
What happens when the bug occurs? My blood pressure rises
What do you expect to see? Nothing. Certain HUD elements removed so I can go vroom vroom in peace.

     The ‘F1Dial’ remains visible at al times. Not in F1 World, but in Time Trial and the Challenge Career bit.

    I am on Xbox One.

    @EA_Groguet Hi, I’m not Darker_Homes, so sorry to jump in. I have attached pics of what I get on my Xbox One in Time Trial.

    The first is the OSD Customisation Menu. In the yellow circle you can see the F1 Dial, shrunk and moved to the left and also ‘hidden’.

    The second pic is going back to Cockpit View, and the HUD is fully visible in the middle at original size!

    I have the same problem, I can't hide the HUD in cockpit view. It's terribly annoying especially since in F1 23 it wasn't displayed and that was fine like that. Why change what works????

    while I'm at it, wouldn't it be possible to make the MDF screens appear directly in the game's steering wheel screen when playing in cockpit view, that would really be a good thing for immersion ???

    Same issue for me on PS5, seen in Time Trial mode but not GP mode. (I posted about this on another thread yesterday where others also had this issue.)

    Sorry, able to launch the game at the moment, but the other pictures show the issue. I thought I'd work around this by turning the opacity full, but in other modes that shows up again. 

    To clarify, I believe I also know what is wrong. In the previous game you had a different settings page for each of the things you could be participating in. Time Trial, Race, Practice, etc. That doesn't exist now, at least on the front end. I imagine it's still there on the back end, so we're changing the setting to only one of the options.

    small clarification, I had this problem in time trials and in qualifying, but not in the race.
