I cant join online Lobbys

Hey so I hava a problem.

i play F124 via Gamepass Ultimate. 

i want to join a friend in a private lobby and it only says error (cant join) 

I tried everything, checked for crossplay is on and even changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 

I still cant join any lobby, wether it be a private or an open lobby
