I open the game and it closes again

It's probably an anti-cheat issue. Troubleshooting steps can be found in the link below, in particular I would follow the steps to manually uninstall and then reinstall the anti-cheat. Just having Steam repair/ validate the files is hit or miss. I would also suggest launching the game with minimal apps running in the background as that could be triggering a false positive.

same issue, i did everything atleast 5 times (reinstall pc, game, eac, turn off windef etc.) nothing works. hopefully same issue will be on preordered f1 25 ;))) great game/developers/support no one cna help with issue 14 days
