Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a couple of seasons of driver career, and destroy your teammate, you will find you can't get higher than a 56/44 swing in your favour.
What happens when the bug occurs? Recognition tops out at 56%, which results in making it impossible to buy the 60% Recognition R&D upgrades. Game breaking.
What do you expect to see? The potential to get a maximum swing of 70/30. Or at the very least 60% so you can buy the top upgrades.
So as I have mentioned you can't increase your recognition to anything higher than 56% regardless of your performance.
So your unable to purchase the R&D upgrades that require a minimum of 60% Recognition.
Also its concerning to think that if you can't reach 60% then neither can the AI drivers for their teams. Worse still, if an AI driver does somehow get to 60% then that team will be utterly dominant and completely ruin your career mode.
