When compared to setting the AI difficulty to 110 in Equal performance, the game is still too easy even when the Tech Level modifier is set to the maximum.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Grand Prix, if you go to Difficulty in F1 world car, you can see that the AI difficulty is fixed at 35.
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter how much you set the Tech Level modifier to the maximum of 150, the game becomes too easy.
What do you expect to see? Either make the AI difficulty adjustable, or the maximum value of the Tech Level modifier should be increased to around 1000.
