IT CRASHES AFTER FEW SECONDS WHENEVER I START EVERY ONLINE

So I installed this game to play with my friend but after a few seconds i start the game (so its loadead and i can see the setupbutton for example or sometimes i can drive)  it crashes out of nowher....
