IT CRASHES AFTER FEW SECONDS WHENEVER I START EVERY ONLINE

So I installed this game to play with my friend but after a few seconds i start the game (so its loadead and i can see the setupbutton for example or sometimes i can drive) it crashes out of nowher....

Ive just discovered that the problem occours randomly. For example 1 hour ago I was able to play online but i didnt do nothing to fix it. I suppose that if i play again now the problem might occour and randomly 10 hours later it will work so i have no idea what's the problem.
