Summarize your bug Whenever we enable Formation Lap & Red Flags for a multiplayer race, the lobby will either stay stuck in the formation lap or when it goes to Lap 1, after the five red lights come on, will deploy a Red Flag immediately forcing everyone to change tires.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run a multiplayer lobby with Formation Lap or Red Flags on and the game should just break like it did for us.
What happens when the bug occurs? The lobby is frozen requiring a restart or if a Red Flag is deployed immediately after the 5 red lights come on
