could you please share some more information about what platform you are even playing on and what troubleshooting steps you've already tried?
Please make sure you've updated your wheels firmware and are using the Logitech G Hub on PC.
Additionally, something else to consider are if you are using USB extension leads or even the port on the PC wheels/pedals are plugged into.
Generally speaking, you'll want to avoid extension leads and as for ports on the PC, you'll want to plug peripherals into the back (the motherboard itself), not one of the easy-access ports on the front/top of the case.
If you need to use an extension lead or Hub, then preferably use a powered one.
A possible lack of power to the device could show itself in a lack of force feedback while still retaining other core functionalities of the wheel such as steering/button input.

Tried the the G hub idea you mentioned but the wheel doesn't even get recognised by g hub itself.
all leads appear to be fine and plugged in directly to ports.
seen quite a few people on here with the similar problems
