Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Connect a CRP pedal set and see if the pedals are set to 0 or not in the configuration menu
What happens when the bug occurs? Throttel and brake pedals are always at 50 and 41 respectively when I don't touch the pedals.
What do you expect to see? A fix ASAP so I can play the game.

You will see in the short video clip that I don't press the pedals and they are some fake input.
When I press the pedals, I can go all the way up to 100 and when I release my foot from the pedals, it came all the way down to 0 before going up to 50 and 41 depending on the pedal.
My configuration is working on F1 21, F1 22 and F1 23.
Hi All!
Part of the solution was to duplicate the configuration of the wheel and set the pedals for throttle and brake in that same configuration settings.
After that you also had to activate the reverse setting for the pedals in Pit House if needed.
I tested this solution and it worked for me.
After the patch from today (v1.3) I don't need to reverse the pedals anymore after re-binding the pedals in my duplicate settings for hte wheel.
Looks like this one is sorted out.
