My f1 24 keeps crashing

Hello I recently downloaded f1 24 and ever since I opened the game it crashes around 30 seconds after I open it. I've tried re downloading it and vei1ing the properties on the game on my pc but nothing stop it. I can't even agree to the terms and conditions of the game when I first load it up , I don't know what to do and contacting EA is my last option . May u please help

    Its been like this for over a month. They put out an update a few months ago and many PC users including myself cannot launch the game at all. No fix. Ask for a refund if you payed for it or have EA PRO.
