MyTeam Career Crash Wont let me advance or sign a new teammate

Summarize your bug Driving as a NewComer Team, every time I get to the place where I need to sign a driver it auto signs the driver I started the career mode with. It won’t let me sign a new driver. The game freezes, and kicks me out and I get a white screen. I sign back in and I’m stuck.

What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Not sure where this is. Wireless Controller
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Xfinity
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play MyTeam Career mode and get to the midway point and or the end of the last race of the season and try to sign a new teammate. The game auto signs the teammate you started with. In my case is was Jarno Opmeer
What happens when the bug occurs? The game auto signs your old teammate. It freezes. You back out. It gives you a white screen. You log back in and are unable to advance.
What do you expect to see? Just advise. Do I need to start over? Is there a fix? Any help in general would be appreciated.
