No alternative strategy giving after damage

@DRudd13 Not sure if it was for 1.6 or 1.7 but I had ONE call from Mark to tell me about an alternative strategy (weather change) and thought it was fixed but no...still an issue. Get damage or weather change and he's suspiciously quiet!
Trouble is I can make the calls myself but it's too hard to judge, especially for weather changes (struggling on my current tyres, looks like it's drying for example, I come in and the car aquaplanes and goes straight off at the first corner after the pits). Also say if tyre wear is greater than expected, Mark used to pipe up and offer an alternative strategy for that too!
