This just started happening with my Xbox controller since last patch. I was able to remedy it by disabling the “adaptive triggers” setting found on the same page as the vibration settings. I guess last patch they tried fixing adaptive triggers not working but ended up just breaking vibration in general for controllers that don’t have adaptive triggers.
