I"m also having this issue. No trigger vibration on a scuf elite series 2 xbox controller (it's worked for the most part before patch 1.10) absolutely no vibration feedback for traction or braking. makes starts and corners extremely difficult. With Trigger vibration enabled, off track and bump vibrations are extremely muted, but are reasonable with trigger vibration disabled.

@112b65d2151cac1f I also face this sometimes. I've found a workaround that *sometimes* works for me. I've posted the steps in post #13 in this thread.
