@GeneralemergencyIt's frustrating that they expect bug reports to contain a lot of information (which is fair), but their system is designed towards them having zero accountability towards it. It is clear why they chose a forum style system instead of a proper ticketing system where they have to actually get back to their paying customers.
Have a look at this. Submitted a bug report on september, filled in with detailed info and even video recording and is in the same state as this.
