I should not be waiting 6 months for someone to acknowledge my issue.
My game has been unplayable, for 6 months. Why does no one care about that.
Why have I been shown zero acknowledgement.
@EA_Groguet are you even a real person? Are there any real community managers here?
Is there anyone that can just talk to me?
Because that's all I want at this point. Just someone to step in and acknowledge my issue and apologise for having to live with a broken game for 6 months.
The game itself doesn't matter at this point, that trash died months ago. Even if all the stars align and this is fixed I wouldn't exactly be happy about playing it.
But it's principal having a game that was already shaky, be made completely broken. And no one there to say "sorry 'bout that"
That has what's been gnawing away at me for the last 6 months. The complete and utter lack of respect shown.
And I know I'm just shouting into the void at this point, the game's tracks are literally falling apart and the response as been "we don't care". But that's the only thing I can do.
Still here.
Still waiting.

Still have a broken game. And EA still doesn't have the decency to even acknowledge my issue. Let alone trying to fix it.
I shouldn't be waiting since JULY for this. Come on guys. Won't even take 5 minutes.
@EA_Groguet not even Just one little message saying "sorry for completely ignoring you and treating you like last month's cow manure. But we already have your money so we don't care"
Actually that took less then 5 minutes to write, that's how little effort it would take to acknowledge my issue. It's not like it's your job or anything.
But that's just typical for how little EA cares about it's customers. Literally can't play the game, can't buy pitcoins, absolute silence.
I mean why put microtransactions in the game if you're not going to allow people to buy them? I'm not scumbag company, but that seems like an important step.
And I know somebody's reading this, there is no way this forum is active enough for this to be getting buried. There's no one else here. This game is so bad it killed the community.
And when you see the state of the "community management" it shouldn't be surprising. Because it's nonexistent.
One good thing about this situation is that I'll never suffer with imposter syndrome again.
