No Graphics are loading whatsoever

Summarize your bug Basically, I just bought the game like a few days ago and whenever I load it up, after I load the main menu, none of the graphics load. The area on the screen where the 3 drivers should be in the main menu is just black. I can see the options for the main menu but that's it. Whenever I go into a career, I can see the menu stuff but whenever its a cutscene, it is just black for me. The audio will load fine. I tried one race, couldn't see the garage where you should be sitting in the car with the screens in front of you. Can't see the car or anything during a race but I can still see all of the hud items, even the names above cars.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue, a friend of mine downloaded the game at the same time and it doesn't happen to them. So far, I'm like the only person having this problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? None of the graphics appear.
