No Safety Car on Two player career mode.

Platform:Xbox Series X

Summarize your bug On two player career mode, no matter how many times an AI will DNF or Crash it never results in a VSC, SC, or Red flag. Even if the AI car sometimes stops beside the track no SC will deploy.
What is your 16 digit Report Code?
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model.
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play two player career mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? No safety car will deploy and the cars will sometimes get backed up.
What do you expect to see? Would be nice to have VSC, SC or red flags appear in the event of a car DNF or crash.

    +1 on this, SC needs to be more frequent when on increased option. There are no collisions, no mistakes, no debris and no SC. We had 1 SC in 13 races on Increased which is too boring.

    Also no VSC. No matter how many crashes. Only yellow flags in the affected sector.

    Tried increasing SC ratio from standard to ”increased”  but didn’t help

    @Cooper4000 - iv also had my safety car & red flag on increased for a whole season of Two player career and not once had a safety car or red flag, only ever seems to be a yellow flag.

    @EA_Groguet - is there any update on this issue at all please? Have done 2 full seasons on Two player career and haven't had a single Safety car? Thank you.

    We've done a season and it still happens to us as well. We get a Safety Car only if a player stops in the middle of the road. AI can make just Virtual Safety Car, very rarely even on increased option (like 2-3 times in a season), but no actual Safety Car. Any feedback and addition to patch notes would be much appreciated 🙂
