No weather Change in career mode F124

Summarize your bug So in S3 of my driver career for some reason it has set the weather from dynamic to clear. You cant change that but a bug happened and now its stuck like this. How can i fix it? Im also affraid that it will happen again with a new save file.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going into career mode saves.
What happens when the bug occurs? No weather changes for every career mode race in 1 save file. Also to check on if you save a replay in the theatre than it wil not say Dynamic weather but Clear.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the weather change in my Career save and a solution to fix this. I know my way around IT since im a IT student.
