Not being able to join online sesion with crossplay active

Hi, i have a problem with joining, there is a strange error (photo). I tried everything, I also bought second version of game on EA (i'm playing on Steam), but it isn't working. With crossplay off on steam I can join.

My computer and internet is good, so it's not problem with this. On F1 23 it's the same problem. Other games on this EA account (EA FC) are working well.
