Not possible to use setup

I have it now already get alot of times that i cant choose a setup when i start a competitive race on silverstone.

Every time there is only the button save setup.

I had it also 1 time at jeddah.

Its not that i push the buttons to fast that i choose the wrong thing.

I push R2 to go to car setup and than i get only save setup.
