Online Services Error

Okay, this is something so simple but yet so frustrating that it hasn't been done yet. FIX THIS ISSUE! Every time I load up into time trial to do some practice i can't compare myself to others because of <removed>. I can get into EA on everything else but time trial leader boards oh and this also pairs with the COMMUNICATING WITH ONLINE SERVICES <removed>TOO!
