Pace stat goes down

After the update the pace stat should go down if u are slower, which is great. But now it is broken and last sprint Race I suddenly was 4 seconds off the fastest lap, the catch here, I wasn't more than a second off the fastest lap yeah. My pace stat goes down by 250 points because it of this.

we've got a patch coming out tomorrow at 10am UTC that should fix this issue with the pace stat decreasing.

Hey Everyone!!

So, I took an entire saturday one day to type out suggestions for how to change the EXP System for different stats for gains and losses.. (See attached)
I believe VALUE for XP LOST for being over 4 Seconds behind IS correct at 1000xp LOST.
The ISSUE could be that the calculation is pulling from the MAXIMUM VALUE LOST instead of the correct Value of the players time.

It's not a "Simple Error." to make, if this is the case.
It took me hours to figure out the brackets, negatives, and all that ended up balancing out.
MY numbers took me hours, and I'm no mathematician. I can only assume how long it took to go even FUTHER indepth than what I had to do.

I hope a DEV can see this post and have a look into this possible solution..
Not saying I'm right, but it's a shot in the dark..

I'm having the same bug. This makes playing career mode pointless for now...

@Kira_Sonnenkind Yeah I actually enjoying racing today since the patch..my career mode race was fun and had driver errors. But then at the end of it I saw that bug and it just made it not worthwhile playing

This is game breaking to career mode and needs to be fixed asap, otherwise after a race weekend you lose overall rtg, or gain barely any.

This issue is mentioned in the "Community-Raised Issues-"Thread as "Awaiting patch", so it is hopefully fixed soon.

I don't even want to play anymore just because no matter what I do, my pace stat is gonna drop to the point where my overall drops with it. Imagine a game where when you do well your player stats get worse😂

@Khasonation Yeah I just did the one race after the patch and then noticed the bug. Not played since. Just gonna wait until it's fixed

1st race of new career save and got this aswell. This game launch has been an absolute joke.

The pace stat is a bit broken cause I could have the best race weekend ever. Get pole and win the race by 30 seconds but it will still go down
