Photo Mode Issue: Black Screen When Adjusting Shutter Speed

Summarize your bug If you take a picture in the replay and want to render it so that tyres etc. look like more speed, the picture turns black with the latest update (1.14).

What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Race, go to replay, search for position to take picture and change shutter speed
What happens when the bug occurs? Pictures turn black
What do you expect to see? The state before the update

This has been happening for other year releases. No fix has ever been announced. Perhaps it is not the fault of the software and may be caused by hardware but, the photos usually work and then not work then one day they will work again. Its been like this for several years now. I wish EA (Codemasters) would figure it out. 

I've tried adjusting graphic settings on the game and on the PC but nothing works. 

I also posted about this but can't find it now. I've completely uninstalled F1 24 and deleted the hardware setting folder as some suggested. I have re-installed the game and photo mode creates an invalid image. I've also tried to roll back my NVIDIA driver a couple of months and it did not produce any results' I've changed the resulotion of my display on the graphics card and with no success. Meanwhile F1 23 continues to function as it should. I have to guess that it is not my computer. I used to have a fully functioning photo mode in F1 24. I also create content for a small audience and I can't photo anything until this is fixed.

Thanks for reporting this. We've passed the information to the team and this is currently being tracked.

The shutter speed problem still persists with the latest patch on PS5 PRO. The image is not dark anymore but still fills only 1/4 of the screen. 

Any update on this? Its been 2 months now and its still broken, it wasnt like this at game launch.

This needs fixed as a matter of urgency.
