Practice Simulation prevents progressing to Qualifying

Summarize your bug I was going to quick practice 3. Didn’t realize I was spamming B button to skip cause I already had every resource points and development. It gave me the discounts and the resource points. However, I now can’t continue past practice 3 cause the game has bugged out and won’t continue to Qualifying. Even if you end practice 3, it won’t load the results screen for Practice 3 as your stuck on a black screen.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Quick Practice and spam B button till it retires you from quick practice.
What happens when the bug occurs? It gives whatever amount of resource points and development boosts you earned but it does not continue to qualifying like it should and you are stuck in practice 3 and the game will not show results of the practice session.
What do you expect to see? See timed results for Practice 3. Proceed to move to Qualifying.
