Ranked and Mulitiplayer

Hi 

I have been playing for about 6 months now. F1 Ranked play is so stupid, you only find one or two people, Im on Gold level and constantly finding only a few people doesnt make the game fun at all, bring back the old ranked mode where you can decide what track you drive. Second how can my rating on Ranked mode go down if some other drivers crashes into you and cause you to corner cut in a turn, and get penalty but they that are constantly hitting you gets now penalties doesn't make sense at all. 

Multiplayer - why if the the host leaves then the whole lobby gets kicked out ? (migrating host) . Second isn't there a way to kill these guys that can't drive F1 ? Constantly hitting you and nothing happens to them, no penalty or no way to report these guys ? Makes the game unrealistic and not fun to play. Lobbies are not great you get into a game and then the servers just kicks everyone out for no reason and then you have to find different lobby.
