Ranked bug

Hi everyone, good afternoon. As if the number of bugs that EA doesn’t fix, the unfair players in online games, and the amount of users with hacks weren’t enough, now it seems I’m facing another problem: I subscribe to PS Plus and EA Play, and I’m having trouble entering a ranked multiplayer race. The error that appears is the one in the image below, which says that the game session version is not the same.

I’ve tried everything here, and I still can’t join. Has anyone had this problem or can help me with a solution? Thank you!
