sorry to hear you are still having issues, even though you tried so much already!

The team has checked this out and there are a few further things I can pass on, if you haven't refunded the game yet, of course.

Have you installed the game on a network drive or like a USB thumb drive? Could you please try installing it on another drive? Ideally directly on C://

Could you also check that F1 24 is in the same directory as the launcher? (In Steam you can simply look for browse files)

  • Hi, thank you, I installed it on C and it now works 🙂

    FYI it was installed on another drive along with all my entire Steam library, not a network drive or USB drive etc, so it should've worked. Clearly the game has issue with something.

    @EA_Vendcera i have same problem, and i think to make another refund in steam. installing in drive C, not usb drive.
