I have the issue too. See attached image of what happens when the shutter speed is anything greater than 1/8000s

Bug is still there after this week's patch. Hopefully a fix for this can be added into the next update.

@benbrez116 Just FIXED IT from reddit. Turn anti-aliasing to TAA only! No one at EA has ever posted a fix.
