Sim Wheel Issues

I have a Turtle Beach KD3 wheel and base but when I try to use it, I turn left. When I look at the button test menu it shows that it is 100% turned left when it is centered, and I have to turn it ~11...

As far as I'm aware the F1 series currently only supports the original Velocity One wheel, not the KD3 variant so there is no guarantee the wheel will work properly. I would try updating all of the software and firmware in your wheel and see what happens.

Everything works in game except it assigns the wheel at center as maxed turned left. I’ll check to see if there is any updates I missed, thanks for the help.
