SSD disappears from PC after playing F1 24

This issue has come up for a second time, the first time, I bought F1 24 and downloaded the game, played it for a while then shut my pc off. The next day after about an hour of playing something else, the game crashes and looking at disk management it shows my SSD has disappeared and isn't "connected or detected" Code 45. After a couple days the issue is somehow resolved after doing a series of different things, whether some random windows update or a deep scan of my pc somehow resolved it. Then yesterday I launch up F1 24 to play and it works fine, the next day (today) a different game crashes after an hour and it shows my SSD disappeared again. I've written to reddit and had one or two people with the same issue specifically after launching F1 24 but I have no idea how to fix it. I'll edit this forum after I've checked for the usual stuff like updates and whatever but I don't understand how multiple people can have an issue like this. I have a couple screenshots below of my disk management and Crystaldiskinfo. Also the device does still show in my device manager but as "hidden" once it "disconnects"
