Stuck on black screen after FP3

This happened to me too. I am playing offline driver career mode and was in in the Japanese round. I did all the challenges in P1 and P2 so I wanted to skip or “end quick session” for P3. After it ends it stays on the black screen with the please wait on the top left corner. When it crashes and I restart the game it shows me in the pit in p3 and whether i drive and waste time or accelerate the time after P3 is done it gets stuck on that same screen after p3 is done. In addition it says that the challenges are 3/5 which is wrong because I already got all the 300 pts because I had already done 5/5 on each. I am playing on steam.
