Throttle delivery is weak

Having throttle issues as well, since launch.  The throttle just does nothing until 40%, then nothing again until 90%.  By the time the car starts responding to throttle input, the car either barely moves at all, or it immediately jumps to red line and causes the car to spin.  It's absolutely atrocious.  The telemetry in the game shows gradual increase in throttle, but the car just sits there or bogs down until it suddenly jumps because of the amount of throttle you have to give it.  It's pretty much killed any enthusiasm I had left for this game.
