Thrustmaster TS-XW FFB issue after 1.8 update on Xbox

@Bunzilla777 Found a possible cause although not sure how and why it works this way - this only happens if I play F1 2020 right before playing F1 24. The only thing which seems to fix that is powering down console completely and unplugging the wheel base from power completely
