Two Player Career Join Menu Not Taking Inputs

Summarize your bug Two Player Career Save selection menu does not work, the menu will not take any inputs and you are forced to close the game to access anything else in the game.

What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Official Xbox Controller and Keyboard
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Virgin Media
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a Two Player Career Save, Leave back to the main menu and attempt to access this save.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game does not take any inputs at all. forcing you to close the game.
What do you expect to see? the ability to browse the menu and select saves to play two player career.

Attempting to start a Two Player Career with a friend but every time either of us attempt to join a two player career, the menu does not work, no inputs are taken from any device and you cannot leave the menu either, forcing you to close the game and restart each time.

In my two-player career, early in the season if you press and hold the “Review Contract” option the game simply crashes.

In two-player mode, a number of Secret Meetings went smoothly, but when my own team initiated a Secret Meeting the game only allows me to hit the triangle button to alternate between the negotiating team and current team (even though they are the same). No other command works. We reloaded multiple times, no other command works and it is a requirement to hit the X button and enter the meeting, so it cannot be skipped. It has halted our season.

Just found a solution:
change to windowed (borderless), 60hz and cap at 45 fps, now you can join the lobby and change back settings again:
found it on steam, shoutout to walter9

This could be related to some server connection issues, so I just wanted to ask if you are all still experiencing the issue since yesterday?

GUYS I fixed it!!! U have to unplug ur wifi if ur stuck in that screen and then plug it in again!

Please let us know what framerate you were/are running and whether capping the framerate makes a difference.

Got the same issue, Framerate is not limited and capping it hasnt made a difference.

Issue: Two Player career mode selection screen detects no more input, everything runs fine in singleplayer career, bit two player does not work somehow.

I'll try some of the suggested fixes above like the Fullscreen window and setting it back
