Summarize your bug Two Player Career Save selection menu does not work, the menu will not take any inputs and you are forced to close the game to access anything else in the game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a Two Player Career Save, Leave back to the main menu and attempt to access this save.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game does not take any inputs at all. forcing you to close the game.
What do you expect to see? the ability to browse the menu and select saves to play two player career.
Attempting to start a Two Player Career with a friend but every time either of us attempt to join a two player career, the menu does not work, no inputs are taken from any device and you cannot leave the menu either, forcing you to close the game and restart each time.
